Window for Returns
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date your package arrives.
Beginning a Return
Ready to send something back? Just shoot us an email at hello@oliviaallison.com and include your order number. You can pull this number from your confirmation email or from the invoice that came in your package.
After we look over your request and approve it, we'll send you everything you need — including the return address and how to package the item. Heads up: any returns that show up at our warehouse without prior approval cannot be processed.
Who Pays for Shipping the Return
In most situations, the customer covers the cost of return shipping. We only foot the bill when the return is due to something on our end — for example, a wrong item, a damaged package, or a manufacturing defect. All approved returns must be sent to our warehouse facility in Asia: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
One thing worth noting: any delays caused by customs are entirely outside our control and don't qualify as grounds for a return. For bundled orders, every item in the bundle must come back together — we don't accept returns of individual pieces from a bundle.
When Shipping Costs Are on Us
If your order shows up damaged, has a defect, or contains the wrong product (a different size, color, or style than you ordered), we'll cover the return shipping. Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your delivery, and we'll guide you through everything from there.
Just a quick note: bundles always need to come back as a complete set. We can't process returns for just one item out of a bundle.
Condition of Returned Items
Items that come back to us must be in completely new, unused shape. That means unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and protective liners still attached. Any return that shows wear, use, or damage may be rejected at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We recommend giving your order a once-over as soon as it arrives. If you spot any damage, defects, or mistakes, drop us a line within 30 days. We'll work it out with you, and the return shipping is on us in these cases.
Need an Exchange?
The simplest way to swap an item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return has been processed, you're free to place a new order for whatever you'd prefer.
Refund Timing
When your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund during that same window.
The amount of time it takes for the refund to land in your account depends on your bank or payment method, but you can usually expect it within 10 business days. If 15 business days have gone by since we approved your return and you still haven't received your money, please email us at hello@oliviaallison.com.
